Xeno Genomics joined MorganX in 2025, bringing together Xeno’s research capabilities with MorganX’s long-term approach to technology, infrastructure and scientific investment.
Following the acquisition, Xeno began a multi-stage expansion of laboratory and computational capacity, culminating in the opening of its Hermann research facility at Herzog Research Park in July 2026.
The Xeno name, research organization and scientific operating model remain at the center of the company.
