MorganX / Xeno Genomics · October 23, 2025

MorganX today announced the completion of its acquisition of Xeno Genomics. Effective immediately, Xeno will operate as Xeno Genomics, A MorganX Division, retaining the Xeno name, research organization and scientific focus.

The transaction brings together Xeno’s genomics and biological systems research capabilities with MorganX’s long-term approach to technology, infrastructure and scientific investment. Planning is underway for a multi-stage expansion of Xeno’s laboratory and computational capacity.

“Xeno has built a research organization around durable scientific capability,” MorganX leadership said in a statement. “Our role is to provide the capital and infrastructure required to let that work compound over time.”

Xeno will continue to operate under its existing research leadership. Scientific priorities remain centered on integrated genomic research, engineering and experimental systems, with no expected change to active research collaborations as a result of the transaction.

MorganX and Xeno have begun long-range facilities and technical systems planning. Additional updates on the expansion program will be announced as site and program decisions are finalized.
