Xeno Genomics has selected Herzog Research Park in Hermann, Missouri, for a major new genomics research facility. The site will become the center of Xeno’s post-acquisition expansion and is expected to support laboratory, computational and advanced technical operations.
The Hermann facility will bring together research functions that have historically operated across separate environments. Planned capabilities include genomics laboratories, biological systems research space, research computing, controlled experimental infrastructure and technical support systems.
“Herzog Research Park gives Xeno the ability to organize the facility around integrated research rather than around individual departments,” the company said. “That matters for programs where experimental, computational and engineering work must remain closely connected.”
Initial construction and technical fit-out are scheduled to begin immediately, with phased commissioning expected through the spring and early summer.
Xeno expects the first research teams to begin operating from Hermann during 2026.
