Construction and technical commissioning are advancing at Xeno Genomics’ new research facility within Herzog Research Park. The project has moved into systems integration, equipment installation and validation across several laboratory and computational environments.
Current work includes commissioning of specialized laboratory infrastructure, research computing systems, instrumentation support, environmental controls and integrated technical operations. Teams are also validating data pathways intended to connect experimental and computational workflows across the site.
Xeno said the facility is being brought online in controlled stages so that critical systems can be verified before research programs transition into the building.
Early operational teams are expected to occupy portions of the facility ahead of the formal opening. Full research activation will follow completion of final systems checks and laboratory readiness reviews.
Xeno continues to target summer 2026 for the opening of the Hermann research center.
